Thomas J. Holt

Senior Performance Consultant

Tom began his career in the automotive business 30 years ago in Northern Michigan. He spent 24 years with a family owned auto group, where he had the opportunity to work in various positions (Sales, F&I, Sales Manager, GSM, and General Manager). His commitment to team building, training, and customer service helped propel him through his varied positions. The auto group Tom worked for transitioned to NFS (One Price) in 1997, and this is where his relationship with the Rikess Group began, and where he learned how important the “Sales Experience” is. This is also where Tom became steeped in the intricacies of the Negotiation Free Selling Philosophy.

Through his career Tom honed his skills in several areas such as, however not limited to, recruiting, employee selection, team building and leadership development with a constant emphasis on relentless training and coaching, all based on NFS (One Price) processes and Customer satisfaction. Tom is steeped in inventory management, used car acquisition, pricing and improving market share.

As a Senior Performance Consultant with the Rikess Group, Tom has successfully transitioned several stores through the process of installing NFS (One Price Philosophy). He has also worked with dealership internet and BDC departments by installing a Digital Sales Department to minimize expense and improve overall productivity (metrics).
