Greg Hall currently serves as Vice President for The Rikess Group, where he began his automotive training career in 1998. Greg has delivered the Negotiation-Free Sales (NFS) process to dealerships across the U.S. and Canada, and he has carried the underlying NFS Customer Experience philosophy throughout his career as a retail automotive executive and entrepreneur, specializing in coaching, training, consulting, and facilitation.

Certified in Interactive Distance Learning by General Motors in 2002, Greg served as the Live Host, training thousands of Sales & Service Consultants and Managers on skills development and process improvement across North America. Continuing to utilize his virtual training skills over the past 23 years, Greg has recently leveraged his experience and knowledge into the development of an innovative virtual training studio, VX Studios.

In the 2021, Greg and his VX Studios team have helped transform the live virtual training and coaching experience, successfully completing virtual projects for five OEMs as well as private dealership clients both nationally and internationally.
