Cindy Hultquist is a Business Process Improvement Consultant with a strong background in driving operational excellence and optimizing organizational performance. With over four years of experience in her current role, she delivers strategic insights and implements process enhancements for a diverse range of clients. Prior to her independent consulting work, Cindy served as the Director of Strategic Accounts at Ardent, where she cultivated and maintained relationships with high-value clients. She also worked as an Instructional Designer at Nissan Motor Corporation and spent a significant tenure as a Senior Performance Consultant at The Center for Effective Performance, Inc.

Cindy holds an MPA in Health Administration, a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise, and a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. Her educational background, coupled with her expertise in instructor-led training, instructional design, and performance improvement, equips her to design targeted interventions that drive business growth and operational excellence. Cindy is a results-oriented professional dedicated to helping organizations reach their full potential by delivering impactful solutions.
